Luminus is looking for young talent. 2 young IT geniuses with the desire to make a difference. Our best IT experts will guide you. Your two-year programme gives you a taste of different jobs and assignments (product services, development, digital collaboration, IT architecture, cybersecurity, etc.). Meanwhile, you broaden your skill set. And you make a difference: for yourself, Luminus and the climate.

The track in short

• 3 jobs (8 months each) in different IT teams and disciplines.
• Based on the challenges our business faces and your skills & aspirations, interests, capacities and knowledge, your traineeship will shape itself. Flexibility is key!
• You will get a deep dive into AI, machine learning, cloud computing, cybersecurity, ...
• After 2 years, you choose a permanent job at Luminus that perfectly matches your interests and talent.

Must haves

• Master's degree in IT
• Young graduate or less than 2 years work experience
• Fluent in NL Dutch and/or FR French and in any case fluent in English

Nice extras (but not compulsory)

• You are a born entrepreneur, take initiative and are eager to learn.
• You think sustainably and want to have a positive impact on the climate.
• You see a puzzle in every IT challenge that you want to solve.
• You do not yet want to be restricted to one digital, ICT domain.
