Today we are looking for a new colleague to join our talent acquisition team. We are a team of step into the role of candidate matchmaker and be in the driving seat in getting those right people on board!

What do we expect from you as candidate matchmaker?

  • You take the lead in finding, selecting and hiring the right match for our different open positions: from wind developers, to team managers to operators to data analysts.
  • Together with the hiring manager you define how the right match could look like, you prepare the job add and make sure it is launched via various recruitment channels. You support your hiring manager in this selection process and position yourself as his/her first point of contact and advisor.
  • To assure a great experience, you are in close contact with your hiring managers and have regular check-in’s with them on their expectations, questions, doubts and feedback.
  • You look for creative options to find a good candidate pipeline.
  • You follow-up internal mobility and help leverage our own talents within the company.
  • You take care of your candidates through the several selection steps, from telephone screening, to testing, to interview(s) to assessment and finally to a team discussion, making them feel informed and at ease about every step. In doing so, you carry out our company culture and our three core values: #customerfirst #alltogether #entrepreneurship!
  • When a perfect match is found you prepare and make him/her an offer they can’t refuse! Of course you also assure that all contract administration runs smoothly.
  • You keep on building strong partnerships with our expertise providers in sourcing, testing and assessments.
  • Depending on your ambition and curiosity you can also participate on recruitment and HR projects.


Which super power do you need to thrive in this role?

  • Good language skills: you master French and Dutch and have a good knowledge of English.
