Job description


As part of the development of electric mobility activities for B2B customers within Luminus, we are looking for an Internal Sales Representative to support the sales of large/key tenders/projects. He/she will play an important role in the sales success of more complex deals/projects.


The Internal Sales Rep will work as part of the Electric Mobility team and will be responsible for translating complex customer needs to deliverable solutions for non-standard sales processes, including: public and private tenders, both local and European, specific customer projects, subsidy projects or any other pre-sales trajectory requiring a tailor made approach.

The Internal Sales Rep will ensure the coordination of the different steps and parties involved needed to respond in due time (suppliers, installer, platform operator, ...) based upon existing framework agreements or specific (new) agreements to be made in frame of a specific project, always with the intention to best serve our customers.

The Internal Sales Rep will organise his/her activities autonomously in order to meet the objectives defined, but will validate, if needed, with product development or operations to check operational feasibility of offered solutions. Besides the operational assessment, the Internal sales rep is also capable of creating a business case for the developed offering, in order to validate with the internal pricing rep. All aspects are properly documented for smooth implementation afterwards.

The internal sales rep is organized and keeps an overview of open projects and reports properly on status in either xls or CRM systems (Salesforce, Odoo). Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.

The internal sales rep is also involved in answering additional customer queries and supports in the closing of the deal with the customer. Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales

Potentially, the Internal Sales Rep can execute outbound calls to potential clients via cold calling or leads received via Other channels. The internal sales rep will master the standard office automation tools (Office 365) and those specific to his/her function (e.g. CRM systems, such as Salesforce/Odoo). .



Education Bachelor's degree with an economic background or proven equivalent experience.

Knowledge of public private tenders processes in automotive or electrical infrastructure is a plus.

Use software specific to its function, but also common office automation tools

Knowledge of the electric mobility sector is a plus.

Knowledge of languages : Dutch (mother tongue), French, English (written)


Good planning/work organisation skills.

Able to respect and enforce strict deadlines
