BTB Product Campaign Manager

Luminus Business (or BTB) offers energy solutions and gas and electricity products for companies, industries and public entities with varying sizes. We help them face and solve their energy challenges and reduce their energy bills and CO2 footprint.
In the BTB Marketing Department, we develop those solutions that comply to the needs of our customers and adapt to the constant evolution of the energy market.
In order to target each BTB segment (small business, large business, public accounts…) with the right product or services, we need to organize product campaigns to renew existing customers but also to acquire new customers.
We are looking for a commercially minded person who is eager to work with our sales people, affiliates and partners in order to develop the best strategies and plan and coordinate the right renewal and acquisition campaigns for both energy solutions and gas and electricity contracts to support our customers in managing their energy.
Main accountabilities & key challanges
- Within the BTB department, you define a roadmap for all the commercial campaigns to be planned during the year : renewal and new acquisitions for commodity contracts and energy services.
- You are responsible for defining the campaign strategies with the right scenario for each type of campaign, each sales channel (direct sales, indirect sales, online channels...) and each segment (Small Business, Large Business, Public Accounts...).
- Together with the product managers, the BTB sales managers and the different other stakeholders involved, you define the best product, pricing, margin and value proposition to be used for each campaign.
- In collaboration with all relevant teams (sales, operations, customer service...), you define and implement the end-to-end process for each campaign.
- You implement and coordinate the rollout of the campaigns :
- You organize information sessions to align all stakeholders with the scope and objectives of the campaign.
- You ensure all sales channels get the correct information and data (leads, customer to renew… ) to run the campaig
- You follow up each stakeholder to ensure that they have completed the required action
- You organize the needed trainings/coaching of the different sales channels before the launch of the campaig
- You organize consistency checks to ensure successful completion of the campaign and lessons learned to improve future campaigns.
- You continuously work on further automation and efficiency improvements of the process.
- Together with the Go to Market Manager and the Marketing Automation campaign Manager, you define a clear communication strategy and develop all necessary communication material (offers, letters, mailings…) with our Unique Selling Proposition.
- You define and manage a budget for each campaign, including tracking expenses and analyzing campaign performance to optimize spending.
- You define and analyze campaign metrics to measure success and identify optimization opportunities.

Knowledge & experience
- You have a master in Marketing or Business or another diploma with a good commercial mindset or a similar experience
- A first experience in campaign management or project management is a plus.
- You have thorough knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You are at least bilingual : Dutch/French, English
