Luminus Business (or B2B) offers energy solutions and energy products (gas & electricity) for companies, industries and public entities with varying sizes. We help them face and solve their energy challenges. Our aim is to manage, save and secure our customer’s energy by increasing their efficiency and ensuring qualitative energy facilities, complying to the safety standards.

In the B2B Marketing Department it is our aim to develop and manage those products and services. We develop competitive products that comply to the needs of our customers and cope with the continuously evolving energy market.

Product Management

  • You will contribute to the conceptual development of the future energy product portfolio and translate new concepts into feasible technical requirements
  • You will develop and implement the roadmap of the B2B product and solution portfolio, based on market intelligence and the specific needs of our B2B customers, to achieve our B2B objectives.
  • You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of new energy products in collaboration with the involved Luminus Departments and potentially with external stakeholders.
  • You will manage the lifecycle of our existing energy products and services: follow-up on processes and quality, product updates, pricing, regulatory changes and product improvements.
  • You will plan campaigns for the promotion of our energy products in collaboration with the Branding Manager.
  • You will develop, enhance and update product support materials like offers, contracts, product sheets, presentations, ...
  • You will provide trainings for the Sales Teams to keep them up to date with our B2B products and solutions.
  • You will develop the internal and external tools used for the management of our energy solutions. If necessary, you will all so do the follow-up of these tools and internally support the end-users.

Pricing and market intelligence

  • You will analyze the market and monitor the competition to identify trends and opportunities. This analysis serves as an input for our B2B strategy.
  • You will support the Sales Department with the tactical implementation of products or pricing strategies for new acquisitions as well as for contract renewals. To this end, you will identify market opportunities and implement a smart pricing strategy.
  • You will actively monitor the energy market so that the B2B Sales can advice their customers on the management of their energy contracts at all times.
  • You will actively monitor our price positioning and competitiveness.
  • You will be the B2B point of contact for the Transfer Pricing Team to make sure that their prices remain competitive. Moreover, you will represent the B2B Department at the Pricing Committee.
  • You will manage the margin tool with the goal of applying the the right cost structure and margin strategy.
  • You will evaluate the effectiveness of our pricing actions via KPI’s.



  • You have a master in economics, business engineering or civil engineering with a commercial mindset or you have a similar experience
  • A first experience in product management or pricing is a plus.
  • You have thorough knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You are at least bilingual : Dutch/French, English
